I joined Grahams Road Veterinary Clinic in January 2009 as a receptionist. My role as a receptionist varies on a daily basis which I enjoy - my main duty is to be the first point of contact for our practice’s clients whether it be talking to them over the telephone or when they come into to the practice with their pet/s.
I enjoy being a friendly face that clients feel they can talk to about any questions or information they need regarding their pets. An increasing part of being a receptionist is to help clients deal with their pets Insurance - sometimes it can be a daunting experience for clients to use their Insurance for the first time and I find it really satisfying to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for the client. Outside of GRVC I am kept busy by my two little boys William and Christopher.
