Since graduating as a veterinary surgeon from the University of Glasgow University in 2005, I have worked in a range of mixed and companion animal practices across the UK. I gained my RCVS Certificate of Advanced Veterinary Practice in Canine & Feline Internal Medicine in 2016 and undertook training into Western Acupuncture in 2018. I am passionate about achieving a high standard of clinical care in all aspects of veterinary medicine with a particular interest in providing a holistic approach to pain control across all species, as well as exotics medicine and more complex medical investigations.
I joined the Grahams Road team at the start of March 2021 to provide maternity cover for Maeve Black the current Clinical Director and I am looking forward to getting to know all the clients and patients over the next few months.
Outside of work, I am kept busy running after our young daughter Maggie, our two cats Stanley and Freddie and walking our Border Terrier Morag. I enjoy (when COVID allows!) socialising and travel and getting out and about for photography.
