Elspeth Valentine

I started as a receptionist at GRVC in February 2021, serving our customers face-to-face and answering telephone queries.

I love meeting all of the owners that visit us each day and saying hello to their lovely pets of course.

When not at work, my world revolves around my dogs - Rory, an ex-bait dog, and Flora, adopted from Romania, both of whom demand a constant mix of madness and treats.
